MP 592.82 to MP 608.91 for 16.09 miles with 3350 ft climbed and descent of 2056 ft. Camp was at 6313 ft elevation. Jerry’s water bladder lost another half liter of water in the morning due to mouthpiece being pinched. Kathy was up all night worrying about water. He was completely out of water and dehydrated before the water source. We drank up and hiked to our first “wet” camp in our recent memory. Enjoyed dunking our heads and feet in water. It was a treat. At this point we realized that we had calculated our meals incorrectly since we left Tehachapi early in the day than planned so we were short a lunch and dinner. Jerry did much better after being rehydrated. We met Ghostwolf and Susie today. It was a great hiking day thru big timber with an outhouse at camp.
